Our Company purchased a Dedicated 2 System. They promised Claimed 99.999% uptime, but have had 4 outages (that I know of)
one was for at least 1.5 hours. I'm Looking elsewhere, our clients need more reliability. Their support denied a few of the outages, Verified from at least 4 areas throughout the US. Their support isn't the greatest - It took me a while to deal with them. Otherwise the server was decent, enough bandwidth etc.
