Lousy service, grumpy tech support. That says it all. They are down quite often and their tech support assumes everyone but them is an idiot.

During a recent outage I spoke with Jennifer who said she was the president of the company. Lets just say she doesn’t handle pressure very well. When I asked her how many employees worked for Jolt she got very defensive. Which I can only assume means there are not enough people to do the work that needs to be done. Best thing to do is avoid Jolt Ditital.
