Wow! Reviewer: Anonymous 01-03-2006 Wow, i loved the prices and the support! setup was a bit slow, but overall it was awsome. I would recommend this host to anybody!

Very Poor! Reviewer: Matt Rouse 01-19-2006 So-so server and service, until I tried to cancel my server. They kept saying they\'d take care of it, but MONTH AFTER MONTH, they kept billing me. I finally had to have my credit card dispute the charges. Go to www.serverpronto.org for more information

Brilliant! Reviewer: Jeff Somats 01-19-2006 This is the best value I have found so far for a dedicated server. They cost less than half of my last service provider and I have not had any downtime/reliablity issues. Customer support is always available and they actually know what they are doing.

Server Pronto is terrible! Reviewer: Matt of serverpronto.org 01-19-2006

Server Pronto Reviewer: Nick 01-19-2006 Very reliable and a great deal. support is expensive, would recommend only to experienced users.

welll Reviewer: daniel johnson 02-10-2006 site dont work my mates have had bad past with them

Very poor Reviewer: Dmitriy Lorovkin 12-27-2006 I\\\'m looking for another dedicated service provider. These guys asked me three times to fill the request form before they could make a server setup. Even I specifically noticed that it was the only one request, they charged me twice.
Once some drunken bastard switched off the server. I spent a week before forced them to switch it on back.
Their billing software is full of bugs. Often I receive invoices for 1969 year. When my bank declines to pay, they say that they will cut off the service.
It looks like they hired the most stupid clowns to their customer support. They have two tickets for support? Ha! You will spend all of them for just explaining them what where did they made another mistake.
So, if you have money to waste for nothing, try Serverpronto!

Unfortunately the problem with the server seem to be a hard-drive that's failing.
We can re-image your server and slave the old harddrive for you to recover any data you may have in the old HD.
Let us know how to proceed.

Hi guys, any news? We've been down for a long time now and we are losing money on this disruption.
Will you be able to recover the system/data?
I don't understand what happened because for a while you managed to recover everything and then, after e few hours you lost it again. What happened?
Do you have a phone number where we can call you?

I don't believe this is the true story. If it were the HD that went physically Kaput, you wouldn't have been able to recover the server for a few hours.
What screwed everything was what you did afterwards. Probably, someone decided to take our HD to the bin or equally worse, to format it. Who knows what exactly you did. I don't buy this story because its not consistent: You don't physically ruin an HD, then repair it and then again ruin it.
Something happened and you are not telling me what it is.

Here is your update:
Cancel my account.
Your tech support is pathetic only matched by your honesty.
I don't know why I hired this server from a company that doesn't even publish who is in charge of it: no executives, no owners (yes of course you say its Infolink, but Infolink is as obscure as your company), no nothing.
I believe that at the begining to attracted a lot of people with your offers. Now, you are just turning the wheel, collecting the money, providing sub-minimal maintenance to your infrastructure.
Hasta la vista!!
---------------------------------------
Now would we offer to send you the drives if what you are alluding was true? Think about it. We are proud ourselves in satisfying our customers and we are sorry to see you go. Good luck.
