We reviewed many, many hosting companies before choosing MediaCatch. They have great support, always exceed the promised uptime, and are one of the most ethical companies we've ever dealt with. We've been with them for over two years now. Obviously, the person who rated them poorly has never hosted with them, and is probably a competitor without ethics.
