After sales technical support is truly the best around - replies to queries are quick (they don't seem to sleep!). They are extremely willing to help & support. Explanations, directions & tips are concise to the point and show a complete understanding, not only of their product but of infrastructure and tools. Very professional and proficient - I am seriously impressed.
