I have been using Acom Hosting for a few years now. Thier support was mediocre at the beginning but has now completely failed.

I have always had my domains set to auto renew. A month ago I started getting a page that said my domain had expired. I opened 3 support tickets, left 3 voicemails, sent 3 e-mails and have yet to hear from them. After about 3 weeks I purchased a plan from a new hosting provider. I am still attempting to deal with Acom Hosting to get my domains transferred. They have yet to call me back.

If having the company contact you in any way shape or form when their service is completely failing is important to you, please choose another hosting provider.
