Uptime was acceptable and features for the cost was a good value but their customer service and billing is the worst this company has ever experienced from a hosting service.

When I wanted to cancel my service, they conveniently "didn't receive" my cancellation email. Subsequently will not refund $155.00 for services NOT USED. I am currently talking with my credit card company to dispute the charges. I would stay away from Burlee...good luck contacting them via phone, and be prepared to be bounched around several inept customer service reps.
