I promise my experience is not an isolated event. Me and my friends all hosted our websites through cyberpixels and we had similar experiences. My site was down for month. My friends site\\\'s files were LOST. Cyberpixels was never attempted to compensate us either. Their customer service is nearly non-existant and they drag their heels on everything. Run away in the other direction!

Cyberpixels is happy to take your money, but offer nothing in the way of customer service. They make you submit a support ticket, never answer them, and they\\\'re so-called 24-hour support hotline takes your to a full voicemail box with a cheerful greeting saying they\\\'re out of town for the weekend.
You don\\\'t have numbers low enough... I\\\'d rate them a -100 if I could.
