    Expensive, poor service for web hosting

I used inweb networks as recommended to me by a web developer. Uptime has always been great but whenever I've needed some support they have always let me down.

My annual payment went through and was received by them but they didn't realise so cut my business website off with no warning or notification. No apology when they put it back up either.

I recently wanted to change my website name and for the answer to a very basic question took 4 emails at which point I gave up and called their expensive phone line. Support monkey didn't even know their DNS and had to ask somebody else. They were then going to charge me £25 a year to forward my old company URL to the new one. I pointed out that if they released it to me I could do that for free. All this for £200 a year. Time to find a new hosting company I think
