MeccaHosting must be one guy in his garage with a couple of servers. Their service is always down and there's absolutely no support. Try to find a phone number on their website. Plus their e-mail platform is corrupt. Won't save drafts most of the time and won't save sent mail often. Tons of bugs. You get what you pay for and at any price it's not worth it.
