Have been with NMF since they bought the hosting services of another provider. In the beginning, there was phone support; then it disappeared. Currently there\\\'s only support via their support board. This is a major concern as there may be a major issue and all of their servers are down, but no one can get to them.

When posting to their support board, answers are short and terse. Tsk, tsk, tsk...not good. Additionally, there could have been an issue caused by a script you wrote, however, instead of working with you to resolve the issue, their view is, \\
