I'm using Pair for several years now and have absolutely no complaint with their uptime or email services.

However I seriously want to use MySQL and PHP but the cheapest way to do that.

I seriously wish they would provide MySQL/PHP/CGI access at lower price points, but now I am seriously looking at plans like icdsoft for much more than I get with Pair.

As I said, the only problem with Pair is lack of advanced features for low-end accounts.
