Customer Support is Poor. They don\\\'t provide the features advertised on the site and if you try to contact them they give stupid answers and excuses

I am a Writer and was researching for some information on web hosts and found the above review that took me by surprise. I have my own website hosted on the stafi.net servers and havent had a problem in the last few years. I am sure this anonymous guy is a web host who is unable to beat the low price offered by this company or may have had a bad experience with this company. I wonder why?
