    Stay Away...Not reliable

I had been with Vortech since 2002. I watched the support and overall performance deteriorate over the years. 2 months ago I just gave up and let my account run out after notifying by phone. They are threatening collection charges to me. They have no other way to cancel so I thought this was the best way. It took several weeks to actually contact them. They do not answer their phones in ALL departments ever!! Stay away...bad news!!!
