I am with webhostingpad.com - when I signed up they gave me 1.7 tb and July 2008 - 17 tb of bandwidth per month for $75.00/year, now it's unlimited space and bandwidth for under $100.00 - not sure on the 4gb upload limit though. up time so far has been great - customer support is excellent - email server is ok .......
