I have lost 2 clients and eventually myself will be leaving webserve. The 24/7 support is only during working hours of 9-6 PST. The live chat option is a joke. I wanted to support a Canadian product but it's hard when the service is off shore and the real techs are too busy to help. Webserve is one bad company.

I've had nothing but trouble with WebServe. Their support is awful. I open a ticket, they respond in a day or two with lame responses like 'try this' or 'issue resolved'. I try again and of course nothing has been fixed. Livechat is rarely up, with 24x7 phone support you simply leave a message. My site has gone down twice, and it was a user that found out. Webserve had no idea. I had to go through this 2-day support turn-around just to get a response on the issue.

I have been hosting with webserve canada for about 3 years in row now. Last year I had a major issue with their service and then they moved my site to another server. Since then the service is stable and fast. I would give 11 marks out of 10 for their service.

Holy Christ! WebServe blows goat. We have an online forum (fairly low volume) and it is down more often than it is up. We wanted to give our money to a Canadian provider, but this is ridiculous.

Here is one company that cares for it's customers. The plans are very affordable. Uptime for the servers are among the highest. The server team is always available and will help you out with even the basic issues. I would recommend everyone to give it a try.

The best experience I've had so far. Reliability is 100% and so is their uptime. They guide you through every step, be it with queries related to billing, or installing something for your site. This company has VERY poor reviews on most sites. I unfortunatley found this out too late. Dont waste your money, look somewhere else. This is the worst company I've dealt with in all my time hosting.

If there are users out there who've had or are having a good experience with Webserve...I'm happy for you. Our own experience has been stunningly bad. Our page or blog or other site-related services are continuously going down for hours or days at a time. The Live Chat staff - on the rare instance you can get them - are unfailingly polite but the service never improves. I don't think I've ever had a straight answer from them on the many ongoing issues we've wrestled with.
